Chicago Street Art

Impressive.
Look at all of the magnificent street art that I found in Bucktown. Living in a small town, all I see is endless streets of strip malls and cookie cutter houses. That is why I love the city, you never know what you will find. Everywhere you look there is something new, creative, and even weird. Whenever I am with my aunt, we play a game of who can find the strangest thing on the ground. For some reason, the winner usually finds something having to do with chickens, such as chicken footprints under a city bridge or a half eaten chicken wing on the curb. I don't know how they got there, but it does make for an interesting game. We did not find anything that odd this past time, but we did find the most colorful wall. I think that it is just beautiful. If only I could make something that creative.
Until next time, Mandy

  3. Street art has a special place in my heart. It takes some true talent to create some of the things that can be found on the side of a building or train.
